I make pots, mainly thrown porcelain bowls.
I enjoy developing attractive glazes, and reconstructing the classic copper-reds and celadons of the Chinese Song dynasty.
In my view, a good glaze will not make a poor pot into a good one, but a fine glaze complements a fine pot.
I try to make fine pots.
